Signs for Faith maintains a 10 Year Warranty on our identification and marquee sign products subject to the following conditions and details provided below:
If any breakage to the sign face (panel) occurs we will replace the sign face for the life of the sign. Breakage of any kind, including vandalism, gunshots and frame damage, is covered.
Should your Signs for Faith sign frame and structure malfunction or lose integrity at any time during it's life due to flaws in production and materials - under normal use and service - we will repair or replace any of the flawed materials. This is at the discretion of Signs for Faith. This does not include the lighting system's lamps or ballasts. See below.
Any ballast deemed defective due to our workmanship or materials will be replaced for a new ballast for up to five years after receiving the sign from Signs for Faith.
The warranty is good only if the sign is under normal use and service. The warranty is void if the sign has been misused or poorly installed.
The warranty limits the liability and obligation of the manufacturer to repair or replace the defective components. In no event shall the manufacturer be held liable for any damages, including loss of income, other incidental or consequential damages regardless of the nature of the claim, or deemed to be in default of its obligations under this warranty, for any delay in providing service and/or repaired or replacement parts.
This warranty covers the damaged parts only - the owner must remove and reinstall the parts themselves.
If a sign is damaged in shipping, the owner must refuse the shipment so it will be returned to Signs for Faith for repair or possible replacement of the sign.
The owner must contact Signs for Faith within 30 days of the damage to report the warranty claim. At that time a Signs for Faith representative will authorize the repair or replacement of the damaged part. If service is done on the sign without authorization from a Signs for Faith representative, then the warranty will be void.
